V0.99.7, 04/22/97

- Implemented authorization for posting of articles 
  (NNTP, draft-barber-nntp-imp-05.txt).
- Entryfields for POP3 and NNTP passwords are now unreadable.
- Kludges for header of mails are default.
- Fixed a bug in quoted-printable encoding routines. On every line was a 
  wrong CRLF attached.
- Added MIMEENCODE: similar to UUENCODE:. This results in multipart Mime 
  messages with an BASE64 encoded file attached.
- Added automatic decoding of files (base64) attached with 
  multi part mime messages.
  Because I haven't test it a lot, Every multi part message will also be 
  stored under the subdirectory Backup. If you don't want this, just delete 
  the directory.
  And if something goes wrong, just send me the Backup (zipped), that should 
  be enough.
- Added check for reply-to address. If selected, NewsWave won't imported any
  news from your reply-to address.
- More online help (still not complete).
- Some other minor changes.

- Mime quoted subject header will be decoded.

- I finally found the reason for the long delays during the change from one 
  newsgroup to another (TCP/IP). Fixed.
- Changed timeout routine (TCP/IP). Now NewsWave should response immediately
  to a cancel during import/export.
- Fixed a bug scanning headers of imported news (wrong senderadress etc.).
- Added allgroupsnc. This will import the list of available news without
  comments. On some news servers this list is longer than the list with 
  comments (TCP/IP).
- Added allgroupsnr. This will import the list of available news without
  comments but with availbale numbers of news (TCP/IP).
